Why does my TOTAL CARD offer better security than magnetic strip cards?

Security is first of all strengthened during the control of the personal identification number (PIN code). It is indeed the TOTAL CARD itself that checks the PIN code. An unscrupulous person cannot thus connect anymore between the card and the cardreader to get the PIN code.
Security is then strengthened in case of loss or theft. Indeed, the TOTAL CARD is automatically disabled when the user keys in 3 wrong PIN codes in a row whatever the transaction is. Unscrupulous persons cannot thus key in all possible values until they find the correct one.
At last, security is strengthened with the fact that the PIN code is stored in the chip. Indeed, only the manufacturer of the chip can read the PIN code if needed. Nobody else can do that!

Can I change the PIN codes of my TOTAL CARD?

YES.
Any time, you can change the PIN codes of your TOTAL CARD.The only thing you have to do, is to send your card to Total Liban, with a confirmation message, in order to process the new codes.

What is the offer?

Two cards are currently available at Total Liban: Prepaid and Postpaid cards. For more information, please contact the TOTAL CARD team.

What do I have to key in for a card transaction?

For each transaction, the cardholder has to key in his/her own pin code. If selected, the cardholder will have to key in the mileage and his/her driver code.

What is the price of the TOTAL CARD?

The price is the one written on your contract signed between your company and Total Liban. For further information, please contact the TOTAL CARD team.

Where can I use the TOTAL CARD?

You can use your TOTAL CARD in most of our service stations.Wherever the logo of our card is on our service station totem, it means that the service station accepts payments with TOTAL CARD.

How to find a TOTAL service station quickly?

In using the station map given at the signature of the contract. You can also check our online map on the Total Liban Smartphone Application and our Facebook page.

How can I manage my fuel budget?

You select the combinations of fuels and services depending on each user's needs. Purchases are clearly identified, checked and secured, thanks to cards' and drivers' PIN codes.
- Each card has its own combination of products and services (car-wash, lubricants, shop, etc.).
- Each card has its own ceiling limits for purchases.
- Each card is given a PIN code in order to secure payments.

How can I customize my fleet?

Our systems can respond to your needs.In each TOTAL CARD, you can customize:
- the ceiling limits for the purchase of fuels;
- the ceiling limits for the purchase of services;
- the PIN code;- the geographical acceptation;
- the temporal acceptation.

What can I pay with my TOTAL CARD?

The TOTAL CARD holder will be able to pay for the products (fuel and non fuel) selected at the time of the fuel card is generated.

How can I optimize my fuel budget?

Thanks to the detailed report of transactions, you can better control the consumption of your fleet.
With TOTAL CARD, you receive the detailed report of transactions on a regular basis:

I've just receive my TOTAL CARD, can I use it?

Yes, you have to give to each cardholder the pin codes and the explanation notice.

I want to order a new TOTAL CARD, what do I have to do?

Several options: you have a card creation form, just fill it and send it to your back-office officer. Ask your sales representative to visit us, and generate the card together.

I've just lost my TOTAL CARD, what do I have to do?

Contact your back-office officer as soon as possible and ask to blacklist the card. Your responsibility is described in the sales conditions signed with the contract.
