Quality and safety

We are committed to deliver high quality and safety standards throughout our distribution process. We monitor each step of our supply chain regularly to ensure we provide you with quality products and heightened safety.

Fuel quality: At Total Liban, we have implemented strict procedures through our distribution process, and we control our products regularly to check for potential defects such as air oxidation or water presence in the products.

Total Liban has also set up two mobile laboratories, managed by an independent body, Apave. These laboratories, equipped with specific tools, tour Total Liban service stations in order to inspect the quality of products as well as the pumps’ flow measurement.

Lubricants quality:  All our products are certified and delivered in sealed packages.

Controlling risks in service stations:  At Total Liban, we work hard every day to guarantee the safety of our customers, through equipment and installations (extinguishers, sand boxes, padlocked fill boxes). Our teams are regularly trained to deal with risky situations.

Our stations' managers are particularly trained in both security and the preventive actions necessary to handle any unexpected event at the service stations.
